Hi, i'm second day is almost over and although feeling hungry and empty is a strange feeling havn't had the urge to eat yet. Although i don't have too much to lose (maybe a couple of stone) i decided it was now or never! i'm doing lipotrim with two friends so it's great to have support :) hopefully i will still feel the same in a few days

So determined!

ps. chicken soup....awful don't know how anyone can stomach it

Hi Kaittey keep going strong. If you like black pepper in your soup, you can add it to the chicken soup to jazz it up. Its good to have friends doing to the diet with you, it motivates you especially during the down days. My friend and I are doing the diet together and we encourage each other. Its great :)

Hiya,
I've just started week 3 & I've roughly the same to lose as you. This is the 2nd time I've done this, lost 2 stone 1st time, so becareful, it can go back on very easily, & the 1st week was really hard, but i've stuck with it with help from the advice from people on here, & I've now lost 11lb in 2 weeks. :D
