newbie

hi, i am very new to this and struggling to say the least, i joined sw cos some of my colleagues were attending groups and had lost an average of 71bs the first week, i opted for the online membership and haven't lost am ounce! beginning to wonder if i made a mistake and am eating too much, i am a diabetic type 2, insulin controlled and my sugar levels have really plummeted this week despite not having my insulin. I also suffer from an underactive thyroid and would be very grateful of any advice.

my food diary for yesterday on extra easy plan was;
