Hi there guys,

I'm currently in calorie counting and so far lost 7lbs in just over 2 weeks,
My weight has been up and down for the past few years now,

As of today, I have just been diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome, and I'm really gutted actually, quite upset and disheartened

However, after doing a lot of research, one of the biggest changes I can do is my diet, a friend of mine has done the paleo diet, he enjoys it and being the geek he is has told me the benefits,

I'm just looking for a bit of advice really, where to start, how to tackle this diet and if anyone else has PCOS who is also doing paleo?

My goal is to control my PCOS with diet, and nutrition, this seems like the best option :)
