Hi Emma, yes, I was great for the first 3 days ( think it was the novelty of it ;-) ) and then a struggled a wee bit. Have still stayed 100% and now on day 17 and I'm back to finding it a bit easier. I did have a SS+ meal of chicken breast and green salad when I was out once. In 2 weeks Ive lost 23lb (although I tipped the scales at 19st1lb on first weigh in). I think the secret is to drink plenty of water (I drink about 4l a day) and just ignore 'hunger' pangs. I usually try to silence them with water ;-)
