Words of wisdom..... ummm, the first week can be tough but hang in there and it will get easier and your first weigh in will be enough reward. Get glugging and aim for 4ltrs a day it helps with the hunger initially and keeps the losses moving.

my tip would be to concentrate on one day at a time initially, don't look at the bigger picture as it may seem like a mountain to climb! One step at a time and you'll get there. Good luck x
