Extra Easy Newbie

    Good evening all,

    i have ace just rejoined sw after several years off having tried ww last year.

    The extra easy is throwing me a bit as it was only original and green when I was last there. Any advice would be great.

    The main issue I have is breakfast and only one B option a day. I don't eat eggs (only as an omelette) so breakfast ideas would be great.

    Evening and welcome!!
    I tend to mix up my days dependant on whether or not I feel I need the extra healthy extras or not.
    When I'm doing extra easy days I tend to have fruit and yogurt for my breakfast or bacon, low syn sausages, beans, tinned tomatoes etc. Beans on toast means you're only using your HEXB instead of the a and b for say cereal.
