I would seriously look at joining online only, there is usually some good offers on & the app is fantastic. You definitely don’t need to join a group once you have the app it is very easy.

I usrd a downloaded calculator. Was nt sure re the part about a couple of numbers i put in.
On hol soon but am thinking of joining when i get back.

Definitely recommend it. I have done sw online before & thought it rubbish although I do like the diet. WW app is all you need to follow the diet from home. Think I pay about £10 a month

Will defo be joining online. I did sw for year and lost weight but only when i started jogging and changed to mainly plant free foids.
I think not counting pasta and rice is a bit silly.
