Newbies food diary!

First proper day on SW


Breakfast:
Omelette with 35g low fat cheese (HEXA) mushrooms, ham, tomatoes and onions

Coffee with a dash of semi skimmed milk

Lunch:
Prawn stir fry with lots of stir fry veg, soy sauce, curry powder and tomato purée with noodles

Frozen muller light yoghurt

Dinner:
Crispy chicken made with egg and ryvita (HEXB) coating, sweet potato chips (made with fry light) and some roasted veg.

Snacks;
Fruit
SW ferrero rocher 1.5 syns

If anyone can see anything I've not got right I'd appreciate the feedback, thanks!
