Started lipotrim last Saturday with a start weight of 156.3kilo (24stone 8.6lb). As a bloke I get 2 450ml shakes a day, stuck to this 100% in my first week.
First week wasn't as bad as I expected felt like crap Saturday evening, worse Sunday. Slowly felt better until Thursday when I had a bad day and could've murdered a curry in the evening, but went to bed with a painful gut at 8pm instead.
Just had my first weigh in and was really looking for help with motivation. I just got it...
In my first week I lost 15.7lbs
Now down to 149.2 (23stone 6.9lb)
Not looking to hit BMI chart ideal weight just yet (11-14st), but hoping to get to 18stone (officially not obese just overweight) by end of September.
