Evening all :wavey:

Soooo....my first post on my first day of slimming world. I have been given the books by a friend so I am going to have a go from home and see how I get on.

I don't know if I am posting in the right place (sorry if not!) but just wanted to say hi. I am hoping to lose a stone in the first month, that is my mini target.

Can anyone give me their thoughts on my first food diary (green day)...

Breakfast: 2 weetabix (b) and skimmed milk (a)

Lunch: Pasta n sauce cheese and broccoli flavour (0.5 syns)

Tea: Quorn sausage x 2, 85g bacon (b) , egg cooked in frylight, mushrooms, beans

Seems like I've eaten loooads! Does this seem ok? Think I just need to up my fruit and veg intake. x

Looks ok to me, although it looks like you still have an A choice to use and no syns used up - try to use at least 5 and also have as much fruit and veg as possible. Good luck.
