well to be honest with pure points on the ww programme you had to point fresh fruit etc. I feel if you control your portions with sw then there is more flexibility with it. People seem to prefer SW to the new WW Pro points programme. I stick to the EE with SW. (A change is as good as a rest) we will see how the old ticker goes hopefully minus
