next stone down whoo hoo

well 11th weigh in and after a few weeks of blips i seem to be back on track with 4.5 lb weight loss i am in the next stone down and feeling great that the size 16 are now very lose and i am off to try some 14 on went shopping with hubby yesterday and saw a lady i dont see much said hello and she looked funny at me and ste then shouted "OMG you have lost loads of weight i thought he was with another woman" i was grinning from ear to ear love this diet x x
