Can't believe i have finished the diet and now living on a healthy eating plan. I want to now help others to achieve what i have done, so counselling is what i wanted to do.

Its a great feeling, knowing you can do it in time. Little patients is whats needed.

I will be here for anyone who needs advice or even for just a chat.
