Nicki's 9 day countdown to lose 9lb !

LOST.......4lb and 5 inches

Now a total of 37lb and 21 inches in 10 weeks

so chuffed and am now 11st 10

was hoping I might lose more in lbs as it was 9 days but havn't got that much more to go so suppose it will slow a bit so v happy and really happy with inch loss.

Am now officially on SS+ and then next week I go up to 1000plan eeeek


My new personal target is 10st 13lb and I am now 11st 10lb
