yeh i have been really bad lately and tbh i am still struggling to get back on track but i am here and i am hoping that by staying around i will crack 100% days again soon. We had a fab christmas thanks, hope you did too

Well good evening ladies!
I am very pleased to report 1lb of at official weigh-in! 

 And the cherry on top was getting slimmer of the week!!! yaayyy! Haven't got that since about this time last year!! 
Was very tempted to be bad tonight as got a bit of a taste for chocolate after having the Lindt Bears before weigh-in for a bit of a sugar boost, but after getting that lb off and getting the award (lovely magnet from my consultant too!) I came home determined to stay on plan and just keep on going so I can try and get another loss next week
