Thanks, and yes I did I tend to eat similar things and I remember a lot of the points from when I did I before so that's made it a little easier! Still double checking everything though lol.
I find it easy in the week to stick to my points in the week but not so easy at weekends, I think I balance it out though, hoping for another good loss this week!

yeah i tend to need my weeklies at the weekend, i tend to stay on track through the week!

Shez, I'm actually on the old plan so I don't get weeklies hehe wish I did! But I can understand the logic in saving them for weekend as a treat

Woke up late today so didn't have time for breakfast :( hate being late for work but my bed was too comfy this morning!

I've been the same this week, proper starving most nights! Not been drinking half as much water as last week though...hope it doesn't effect this weeks weigh in! Going to aim for 3 litres today!
