Yeah i was within my points at least! Just need to get out of the habit thinking oh I'll just have one, as that's how I got myself fat in the first place lol.

Drank 3 litres of water today! Didn't find it hard either, in the past I've felt like It was a real effort but I've been quite happy just sipping on it all day xx

Hello! Well I've been ridiculously bad over Christmas as it seems most people have lol. Actually can't WAIT to get back on track. I lost another 1lb just before Christmas which I don't think I recorded on here.

Let me tell you I've deffo put that back on lol! Will see what the damage is on Monday, dreading it!

I'm doing a mini detox mon-weds so won't be doing Ww as such but will still post diary

So day one of my three day detox...

It doesn't look like I'm eating a lot, as I'm not lol but trying to flush my system! Won't be writing down the points until Thursday...

Hey! The detox was harddddd, lost 4lb which is the majority of my Christmas weigh so was happy, but not sure if worth the effort!

Back to discover from now until April! I've set a goal of a 18lb from now until then, going to see what happens after that!
