Hi everyone
I thought it would be a good idea to start a diary to make me stick to healthy eating as nothing else is making me keep on track.
I will be starting tomorrow with my final goal being to lose 1 and a half stone, but I would be thrilled if I could lose 1 stone before Christmas.
Is this possible?!
