I'm seriously considering JUDDD well I keep telling myself I do but I've been learning to handle my hunger first and I've kind of a plan of action. Do you do alternate days? Have you any advice for a beginner or could you please do me a rough guide to one of your typical weeks?

I do Monday, Wed and Fri as DD and Tues,Thur,Sat and Sun as UDs.
The first week you'll prob find DDs hard, I did but it DOES get soooo much easier (so much so that I actually look forward to them now!). At the beginning I'd eat little snacks throughout the day, but found that made me hungrier so I try to hold off as long as I can now. Tea/coffee really helps to keep hunger pangs at bay..just remember to count the milk as part of your calories. UDs I don't count calories at all, I just enjoy them. That's why I love this plan, 4 days of the week I can eat pretty much what I want without guilt, and the other 3 days I love because I know it's the DDs that do all the magic :) x

Not having the best DD today. There was bowls of crisps in the staff room so I was picking at them at lunch time. Got home and I've just has a bag of walkers crisps. Hopefully I can hold off now until about 8pm and then have my belvita biscuits with a cup of coffee. Just not feeling in control today aghh! X

Thank you, I'm feeling a bit better now it's almost bed time lol :). Had a cup of coffee and a Nature Valley peanut bar since my last post, so not too bad x
 
Wow girl looking great! I wish I could look like that in a bikini

I can definitely see the difference all over between the 2 pics (you look tiny to me in the before anyway and even tinier in the after), especially your stomach, bum and thighs x

You look incredible, your weightloss on JUDDD is amazing, they should use you as the poster girl! :D are you nearing/at goal yet? Sorry can't see stats on my phone. X

Lol aw thanks. Well my goal weight was 9st and at WI last week I was 8st 13.4. I don't think I've lost this week, so from next week I'm going to start and try to maintain :) x
