hahahaha ended up eating loads of milk tray :)

im not even going to point them or feel bad, they were lovely!!!

even if i do gain next week im not too bothered, ive lost more in the last 3 weeks than i ever expected :))

ok, the milk tray guilt has well and truly set in lol

and im off to my grannies for steak pie today :-//// im gonna try n fill up on veg today!
 
well yesterday turned into a binge lol, first one in months though :-( but a gain is certain now!! not too fussed though, although id like my gain to be a small one. will be really strict with myself over the next few days :)
 
ohh meant to say, i have bought some decaff green tea!! usually drink the normal stuff but im trying to not drink any caffine just now for water retention. and just water, no diet coke lol

Can't believe you have lost 49 pounds! Amazing!

Letting go every now and again keeps you on track though I am sure - what is life if you can't have a little chocolate every now and again huh??

the last few weeks havnt been a true example of my eating :) i usually eat about 17pts a day but i havent been too good over the last couple of weekends so been scraping points back during the week lol this week is going to be low!!!!! thinking of just counting cals this week tbh what you think?

you will get there hunni, took me ages but im nearly there!

Hey hun how long did it take for u to lose 50 pounds. Because it's slow for me I feel like doing a vlcd and get it over and done with in 3 months lolll xx
 
it took me from march till july to get from 14st 5lbs to 11st 9 and then went to cyprus and benidorm and went back to 12st 10, then maintained that till sept and im now 11st 1 :))

its been a rocky road but i made it hard for myself by going off plan a couple of times.

i wouldnt do a vlcd ever, totally kills your metabolism and it never recovers!!
