That's good better then a gain defo a loss next week. I sts this week stuffed my self last Friday and saturday but it was worth it xx

becca i know what you mean but tbh i have only been eating so little during the week because of my huge overeating the last few weekends!!

wont be eating a great deal this week need to do some damage limitation so the gain isnt as bad come friday. will be drinking loads of water too.

god wonder how much ill have gained on friday? i hope i get another sts of maybe just like 1lb or 2 gain i could live with that!!
