My everyday bible is the primal blueprint. My reference bibles are taubes and volek. And I love the rob wolf one.

Gonna download some of your recommendations for great reading while I'm away x I've got the robb Wolfe one too but haven't started that yet :) loving this way of life though x

Hi Hun going good diet wise although not sleeping too well keep waking in the night then can't get back to sleep ....think I'm not eating enough healthy fats :(:( couldn't find any coconut milk without added guar gum is that ok I wasn't sure ????

Hey well done on your loss this week just seen it :):):) just shows you don't have to give up the veggies and fruit x

Woke up this morning (official weigh day ) so happy 7lb down in my first week I appreciate that this is gonna be mostly water in my first week but I'm still over the moon onwards and downwards till I'm back at my true weight :):):)

Wasn't hungry this morning so decided to listen to my body and just had a coffee with cream ...had to cancel my spin class as my eldest dog was poorly so I took her to the vets seems she's getting a bad back :(:( so spent a fortune on an orthopaedic bed for her which she loves although youngest dog took it upon herself to wee on it arghhhhhhhhhh
