So I work shifts & count my 'day' from shift to shift. I don't get as hungry on nights as I do on day shifts. Today is my first day on slim fast, so I plan on having my meal at about 6pm before I go to work & take my 2 shakes & 3 snacks with me for during the night. Will have a my second shake at about 7am before I go home to bed. I'll see how it goes, might have to play around with it & have my meal in the middle of the night instead. Does anyone else do night shifts, how does it work for you?
