nightmare week ahead!

    Hi everyone, i started my diet last week and so far have lost 2lbs... trouble is this coming week is going to be a nightmare.

    Today has been fine, but tomorrow i am meeting my mum (skinny as a rake and eats like a horse) and she will want to go for lunch and multiple coffees.
    wednesday is ok, thursday i am going to play poker... always crisps, nuts, nachos and biscuits around. friday is my daughters birthday meal with her friends at a well known grill restaurant, then i am out with the girls on friday night, no food but copious amounts of alcohol. saturday is my daughters birthday which will consist of takeaway pizza, birthday cake (chocolate, she hates icing) and coca-cola... added to that is my hangover.. i always crave sugar, fizzy pop and greasy food to combat it...
    hopefully i will be able to resist temptation (apart from the alkyhol) and lose more weight next week... wish me luck guys, i'm gonna need it!
