Oh my!!!

Just passed my first temptation test!!! Cooked the kids gorgeous beef sausages with pasta and sauce and it smelled divine!!! One of them then left half a plate of pasta and a whole sausage.....I nearly ran shrieking from the room but managed to throw it all in the bin......dear oh dear but that was a tough one!!!!!

Can't wait for ketosis

Definitely thinking of the summer...had a wee Easter break in Lanzarote there and all my clothes and bikinis were so tight on me....shocking!!!! That has TOTALLY spurred me on!!!

well done hun. it gets easier i still amaze myself i can open crisps with out nicking one, not like my fingers when I have chocolate on them, not pinch a chip and not finish there food. all bad habits us mums get and i think cd helps us cure them.

I used to put it in the bin the very second I saw it or quickly stick some washing up liquid on it! I found that if I gave myself a new seconds to think about it I'd be wanting to eat it!

Well done:)
Im only on day two and have managed to puree food for the baby, cook dinner yesterday and today for the other kids and my fiance and make packed lunches for school. Not brave enough to go food shopping yet (i would always buy myself something sweet and very fattening and eat it in the car on the way home!) so i've just completed food shopping online to avoid that big temptation! lol!
