Omg I'm so disappointed in myself! i did a 5km walk and walked everywhere i could this week to loose half a pound on the scales! i know its a loss but why only half a pound after all that effort? gutted is not the word! i literally cried when i got off the scale and thank god for vicky my consultant! she told its prob my muscles retaining water and it'll be off next week.... i just hope she's right!:cry:
