ladies and gents im nightshift this week and dont wana slip off the bandwagon - can you all help me with what to take for meals and snack - ill be wrking 7-730am so im having tea before i leave then tongt i have quiche and baked patatoe and beans - then have two fruit salads and yogurts? just needing some ideas for the rest of the week

do you have a microwave?

- if so then jacket spuds as you mentioned, pasta n sauce, homemade pasta with tomato sauce, rice salad, pasta salad, couscous

Just take as much free food as possible!

I am working away all week and only have a kettle for breakfast and lunch, so I have stocked up on.........

Ainsley Harroit's meals in minutes- the Spicy Tomato one is 1 syn on green and the creamy vegetable past is 3 syns (but worth it)
