ladies and gents im nightshift this week and dont wana slip off the bandwagon - can you all help me with what to take for meals and snack - ill be wrking 7-730am so im having tea before i leave then tongt i have quiche and baked patatoe and beans - then have two fruit salads and yogurts? just needing some ideas for the rest of the week
