Nikki's final attempt to get to target.

Had a fantastic weekend <3 I have been off plan to an extent.... BUT the food I chose was wayyyy better than I would have picked this time last week so all in all feeling good :)

2 100% days now to pull it back ready for WI on Tuesday.
 
Had 2 100% days :) they could have been better because I was over on syns one day and then bang on 15 the next day!

But I had a 1.5lb loss which is good I suppose :)

B - Oats so simple (HEXB&HEXA)
S - Velvet crunch (4 syns)
L - Jack potato & beans
S - 1/2 pack of ryvita mins (1/2 HEXB) options choc (2 syns)
D - Square wrap pizza (8 syns) cheese (HEXA) peppers, onions, sweet potato wedges, sauce (1 syn) alpen light (1/2 HEXB) fat free yog, bite of crunchie (2 syns)

Feel like i've ate loads today ... maybe cut down on the snacking..

Mmmm went out for a curry last night and it was Devine!!! Totally off plan but I'm experimenting with having an off plan day and seeing if I can still lose.

Today has been a hungry one.... Extra easy

L - super noodle and ham (no super free as had nothing at work !!!) sauce (0.5)

Day 1 of 14 (until the next wedding & alcohol free)

L - Harvester - simply chicken, jacket pot and salad (4.5 syns - sauce and any oil)
D - Pasta with onions, tomatoes, garlic and mushrooms (1 syn) spoon full of chow mein (1 syn)

Had a rough week :-( my poor grandad has been taken Ill and SW has been the last thing on my mind.

I scrapped a STS and so now I'm hoping when I weigh in Saturday before the wedding I might get another STS or a little loss!!

Today's plan.....

Breakfast - weetabix bar (HEXB)
Lunch - pineapple mixed with low fat supernoodles (this was scrummy!!! Just like Chinese!)

Chicken strip (2)

Dinner - beef stew (best beef, leeks, carrots, onions, swede) mashed swede and carrots (1)



Syns......snacks from graze box (17!!)


Total syns 20 :-(

Oops!! Been so busy getting back into SW forgot to update!!

So 3 weeks ago I went back to group, 10st 1.5lb.

After 3 WI's I've lost 4.5lb and down to 9st 11.

I have only 2 WI's until my OH birthday an would love 2lb a week so I'm down to 9st 7 for the night out :) on plan 100% and ready to report in daily with every mouthful!
