    Ok as i have gained this week and not sure why other than i have gotten the ee plan wrong. I'm going to do a food diary every day, let me know if i've messed it up

    12/01/10

    Breakfast - didn't have any

    Lunch - bacon sandwich ( fat removed and HEB)

    Cup of tea ( 100ml HEA)

    few grapes
    Mullerlight

    Dinner - roast pork, mixed veg, parsnips, gravy (2 syns)

    2 oranges

    Pack of low fat supernoodles

    Snack a jacks (3 syns)
    milk way (3 1/2 syns)

    Breakfast - 2 x wholemeal bread
    half tin baked beans
    1 fried egg

    2 oranges

    Lunch - low fat super noodles

    Dinner - SW chips
    2 morrisons sausages
    tin toms

    curly wurly (6 syns)
    crackerbread 4 ( 4 syns)

    3 laughing cow extra light triangles
