Ok as i have gained this week and not sure why other than i have gotten the ee plan wrong. I'm going to do a food diary every day, let me know if i've messed it up


Breakfast - didn't have any

Lunch - bacon sandwich ( fat removed and HEB)

Cup of tea ( 100ml HEA)

few grapes

Dinner - roast pork, mixed veg, parsnips, gravy (2 syns)

2 oranges

Pack of low fat supernoodles

Snack a jacks (3 syns)
milk way (3 1/2 syns)
