    So today was my first day back on my diet (err well nearly)

    weight this morning was 11 stone which means I have maintained the same weight for a month without trying :)

    breakfast: 1 eat smart sausage in a brown roll with low fat spread and ketchup and a cup of tea

    missed lunch but ended up going to the pub and having half a cocktail pitcher (bacardi, tropical juice, orange juice) :rolleyes:

    Dinner: made fish and chips from a reciepe I found on Slimming Worlds webpage and a glass of coke max

    Cup of tea a low fat cerel bar and a pack of low fat crisps

    I'm totally starving right now but don't want to eat anything :(

    is what i ate today okay aprt from the cocktails as i know that was bad :p

    You're probably starving because you missed a meal, maybe have a really small bowl of cereal or porridge or something to keep you going? I've found that if I'm hungry one day I'll binge the next, but that could just be me.
    Welld one for maintaing for a month!
