Well, as Im having a nightmare time getting back on the SS wagon, Im going to speak to my CDC about going up the plans, and in a way I guess, calorie counting. I purchased the new DS Active Health today to help me. Im wearing my pedometer that links with the DS, its great, and will be filling in my DS of what Ive eaten. Its put my goal to lost 1 and a half stone by xmas, Hopefully it'll be MUCH faster than that if Im more active than it says and eats less than it says. Will still be having my chocolate tetra for Breakfast though.
