So so far i've lost 1st 4lbs, not bad , not bad at all! However I'm getting a bit too 'cheeky' on the diet, and too flexible for my own good!

So its sunday, its the first week of july and i'm going to kick myself up the arse. I've recently been ill, well i still am and am currently housebound and i'm DYING to go to the gym!!! It also means im not as active at the moment. I'm counting my current weight as "15st 8.5lbs" which is what i was last tuesday. I'm not getting weighed again until a week or so.

so far this is what i've eaten on my RED day:

Breakfast: 2 weetabix with skimed milk with 2 chopped up strawberries (very big ones!!) and a muller light

Lunch: Jacket potato with tuna mayonnaise, tuna mixed with extra light mayo, cucumber and mixed leaf salad. Topped with a tablespoon of french dressing (2 syns) and extra light mayo (2.5syns) and a 2 finger kit kat (5.5 syns)

I'm wondering what to have for my tea..any suggestions? I've had 10 syns so far so a nice free food meal would be good :)

Free food: strawberries, muller light yogurt, tuna, cucumber, mixed leaf

HE's: Baked potato, 2 weetabix and skimmed milk
