WOO!



I'm chuffed- I know Ive not updated in a week *slaps hand*

I HAVE been good though, - tracking all my meals, and on a work lunch on friday when there were gorgeous sandwhiches, oily pasta and sauces- I sat there and digged into the strawberries, melon, celery, carrots and peppers!! I've also been dancing along to my DVD workouts!

SO heres my weekly result: -2.5LBS!! WOOO! That gives me a total of 3.5lbs lost so far in the past 3 weeks.

It may not seem a lot, but after last weeks set back I'm really proud and feeling remotivated
