No Carb lunch suggestions

I never eat carbs the day before my weigh in (Friday) and wondered if anyone had any suggestions for no carb lunches other than a salad with meat?

Thanks. :D

Hi, the following is prob low carb rather than carb free! But I have recently been making quorn bolognese by cooking quorn, onions, mushrooms, peppers etc and adding a tin of tomatoes and garlic.

I have this on BNS wedges or just mashed turnip or carrot. I make a big batch and freeze 'lunch sized' portions.

The obvious one is soup, if made very thick it can be pretty filling on its own. Salad and tuna can be livened up with chopped egg, spring onion, green beans etc and a little fat free dressing.

I am not sure how low carb you like to go, tomatoes etc are quite 'carby' I think due to sugar?

Thanks guys! Unfortunately I don't have the facilities to make a fritatta or an omelette or anything. I know it's restrictive but I only do it once a week so can probably live. ;) Thanks for the list hannata.
