No energy

I was always tired before and preferred to hit the bed then go out, but since starting SW I have so much energy and really don't feel tired in the day time. I think it is a change in the food that I am eating and of course the weight that has come off.
Nonetheless, I called my doctor last week because I've lost 2.5 stones and just wanted to check that all my blood work is okay and I'm not lacking in any Vitamins, Iron, etc. He was fine with that and said he would schedule me in next week and also test for thyroid problems (although I got checked twice before and there was no problem).
Just request a blood check from your doctor because you've just started a new diet and they should be fine with that.

For those taking iron supplements, just becareful as a lot of time they can cause constipation.
