Hi there
Two weeks ago I started dieting by myself prior to starting my Lipotrim (I had to wait for the doctor to give me the all clear to do it) - I was 18 stone 7 lbs prior to starting and I lost 11 pounds in the first week by myself and have just had my first weigh in and I've lost another 6.5 pounds....Woo Hoo!!!
On top of all this I agreed to take my blood sugar readings and blood pressure every 2 hours through the day to show the doctor that I could cope with such a strict diet and I am now no longer a diabetic or have high blood pressure. My Cholesterol is half of what it was in Feb last year when I was originally diagnosed, I've stopped taking all the tablets I was on (with the doctor's blessing), so all in all life is looking up!
After 30 years of being the "fat person in the room" it's going to be really weird being thin again....I can't wait
Good luck to everyone in here - keep the faith
Peter
