No more lipotrim :(

hey everyone as you know i would have been on my last day today and weigh on tomo(ill still go to weigh in) but last nite I awoke to severe chest and back pain
Had to go to the hospital anyway cut a long story short I have to come off lipotrim and eat&drink healty as I have developed Gaulstones I have never felt so much pain in my life! im still in a little bit of pain but I have to just stick it out with pain relief untill i can get the stones out

anyway I just wanted to thank all of you for helping me through a tuff week and I hope you all meet your goals Wish I could have stayed on it but docs recommened i dont I truly admire all of you
who stick it out and achieve your goals xx

I am going to do a calarie controlled diet well (low fat) and do my gym 4 days a week.

Have a look at myfitnesspal.com - you might find it useful once you're better. I'm using it to help with my maintenance and find it really good.
