I can't remember the last time I had a period. It must have been at least 4 months ago. Even though I've been off CD for a month or so, I still haven't had one. Normal? Or should I be concerned?

CD certainly does mess up your cycles -- I had two in August! -- but it wouldn't do any harm to run it past your doctor as there are some blood tests they can do to check everything is OK.

Firstly are you sure you definately arent pregnant?? if answer is no then maybe have a chat with your doctor. Have you had irregular periods before the diet?? Cd can effect periods and it can take several months after finishing the diet for all to resume but having a chat with doctor will put your mind at rest,
