no weight loss 2nd week on induction

hi all,
not posted for a while, i'm on my second week of induction the first week i lost 5 lbs, but this week the scales say i've put a 1lb on ! its the wrong time of the month for me so will this have an effect ??

typical meals are
breakfast scrambled egg or mushroom omlette

omlette with cheese or bacon and mushrooms, or cold meat mainly ham

evening meal
steak or pork steak with lettuce, tomatoe, pepper , celery and red onion.plus mayo

i've been having de-caf tea and coffee and in the coffee maybe putting a bit of elmlea single cream, also being having diet tango or 7up but no more than 3 a day.
i'm drinking about 2 litres of water a day.

am i doing this diet right ?? if so why am i not losing.

any advice greatly appreciated.
