I have just been to weigh-in, had my tea and had a mini curly wurly a mini pack of buttons and a mini crunchy.
So mad at myself.

I'd agree with ^^^^ This is how people start to fail & loose interest in SW they think they've ruined it all, but you haven't you've not even had your daily syn allowance.

Be happy you've chosen something you like as a syn and it's within your allowance.
