Started all virtuous and had a cambridge shake for breakfast, but soon realised I was having a hungry day and had 5 chicken slices and a slice of bread. then a mini roll. managed to last till dinner and had a massive plate of oven chips, spag hoops, fried chicken breast (and a half) oh and 2 more mini rolls, some peanuts and chocolate, then some angel delight to wash it down with.. def over my calories today and now stuffed and feeling like a big fatty!
Note to self = dont buy choc mini rolls again!
