Hi all, I can no longer wear my black fitted trousers (size 20) as they just fall off me and I have to wear a belt with my jeans. I found a pair of M&S trousers I bought last year in the sale (size 18) and they fit!! I will need to go clothes shopping soon! This week has been great as people at work have started to notice weight loss and wanted to know what I've been doing.
