Noodles

Anybody got any idea if there's a brand of noodles that don't have to be done on the hob ie. cover them in boiling water and leave them, similar to couscous?

Struggling to come up with ideas for lunch because the only thing in the kitchen at work is a kettle!

Amoy "straight to wok" noodles are available, you just tip them into a pan with whatever you are cooking and mix, easy!

The rice noodles that you buy dried can be left in hot water. They are very thin so will cook that way! Literally just cover them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, drain and away you go!Ax

Thanks :) I'll give them a try
