Noodles?

Hi all, new on here so apologies if this has been answered!

I'm doing EE but not sure about noodles can anyone tell me what ones are free?

All plain dried noodles are free on EE and green as are the low fat supernoodles x

Be careful with the Super Noodles and be sure to pick up the LOW FAT variety. These are free but the normal ones are 10 Syns per pack!

Any info on the asda smart price noodles? I was thinking about having those for lunch but if the flavour had syns not using that and using soy sauce instead?

Afraid the syns are in the noodles rather than the sachet so I would just stick to the ones you know are free
