Just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to meet everyone this afternoon !!!!!!!!

I had a great time, you are truly inspirational.
Loved hearing everyones stories and getting to know you.
Wish I lived nearer to Norwich, we could be "friends" and have weekly coffee shop meets lol.

You all look amazing and have achieved so much,

Ruth well done on not being overweight LOL you look fantastic !!!!!!!!

Angie, good luck with the 1lb next week to take you to 7 stone.
You are all fabulous lovely people !!

I had a lovely time meeting everyone today .

It is really nice to meet the people I chat to on here in the flesh and get to know one another better - I even got to meet some people that don't use minimins . I am sure that Sarah will have them converted to minimins in no time .

We should have taken some pictures maybe next time .

Hey Sarah ~ don't forget to get Angies "no fat chocolate cake" recipe and post on here as I reckon lots of folks will be interested in that little gem.

Well done to Ruth ~ you could see how chuffed you were and what it meant to you to finally reach that 'healthy' range and it will be an inspiration to many.
