Not a good start!

Hi, im new to CD and went to see my CDC for the first time on tuesday. Its my 24th birthday at the weekend and she said a few vodkas shouldnt hurt too much but was worth starting because i could easily be in ketosis before sat, however im only on day 2 and so far have really struggled. both yesterday and today iv been sooooooooooo hungry im been really rubbish and succombed to a small chicken salad both nights! how do u guys do this?! Im worried my first week will be totally wasted, help! advice please! :sigh:
