not a princess..... YET!

Hey guys. I've decided after a panic attack earlier about food and many other things slimming world and I need to have a break, I'm stressing about it and getting anxious when I really don't need to its a lifestyle change not something for me to feel this way about. Need to sort my journey on getting better before I even try and start another journey!

Sooo jodie has encouraged me to write what I've eaten today not a lot really but tis ok

B- hxb 2 wholemeal bread, baked beans and 2 eggs.

Apple
Glass of normal Pepsi

It's now 2.53am and will maybe eat later before I sleep. This nocturnal life needs to stop guys!
Got to be up for half ten for councilling and then shopping :-(

Apparently I've lost chunky bits on my legs hmmm that's good news
