    Hi all
Like I say I have not been on the site for a while, only to post my progress or should I say lack of it.
Every week for the last 4 or so weeks I've been determined to restart this, only it hasn't happened and I'm still not doing it properly. I've not put great amounts back on but I could have been there now if I had kept it up. I'm gutted with myself for not seeing it through. I have 7 weeks to my hols and I still need to get rid of 21lbs, enyone got any ideas how to get the will power back. I can't move up the programs as I just eat to much, I need to SS I know it works for me it's just getting back down to buisness. Any ideas please
    Thanks all carol x:cry:

My suggestion for whats it worth, take a picture of yourself and stick in on your fridge or your dressing table mirror, even your purse, and then picture yourself 21lbs down on holiday enjoying yourself knowing that you have done soooo well, getting to target. I bet your holiday will be that much sweeter xx

you know how fast the lbs can be shifted if you put 100% into the plan.
think how great you will feel on your hols with the weight gone, and you can even relax and have more choices. so get down to it, it might only take you 3 or 4 weeks to get the weight off.
    good luck

hi carol, i know how you are feeling, ive been messing about trying to restart after my hols for four weeks now, its only this week (re-started monday) that i actually feel different about it and have the determination i had at the beginning - have SS'd for almost two whole days now!!!!

I think my resolve came back as my lovely new size 14's were way too squashy and i couldnt' wear them comfortably - i missed the feeling i had of losing weight week after week and my clothes getting looser and looser - so i think that's whats given me that extra bit of motivation and willpower this week.

Come on Carol, you know you can do it - I too have about 7 weeks til my hols, we can both get to our goals in that time, give it your best shot xxx
