NOT CHEATED BUT ......

    This Is The First Week I Have Not Cheated On Cd And I Seem To Be Stuck At Same Weight .when I Say Cheated I Had 5 Sticks Of Celery And Half An Apple One Week And Celery Cabbage And Lettuce On Other But Still Have Had Good Wi's. This Week Not One Blip And I Have Lost 1lb I Have Started To Eat Bars This Week But Just 1 A Day And It Totm So Could It Efect Me That Much. Bit Down Today About This Xx

    Hey thisb is my second week and had TOTM last week, my CDC was expecting more of a loss and so was I and she said TOTM affects it, makes you hold water hun, hope this helps, you've been doing great don't let this get you down, just pick yourself up and carry on! Hey, I resisted yesterday when was feeling down which was really hard but it just shows you what determination we all have and we all really want to do this so keep smiling it'll be better next week :D

    im not a cdc mandy, and hopefully one will be along shortly to give u some advice, but from my experience and from what ive read on different threads, totm makes a big impact on your weight loss.

    keep going .... my losses seem to be around 4 lb a week. i had a very bad cheat week but i am back on track and feeling really happy. i feel slimmer in my clothes today . hubby can notice it. dont be desondant you will be loosing inches ... totm an affect wt loss as you can gain 3-4 lb .... keep with it and you will soon see a difference in ur clothes and when you stand on the scales !

    Wow Put A Call For Help Out And 2 Mins Later Peeps Are There This Is A Fantastic Site Thank You All For Just Been There .knowing Other Peeps Are Going Through This With Me Is So Much Help .felling Very Emotional Today So Will Stop Rambling Now Xx

    Hey hun....the bars knocked me out of ketosis due to their slightly higher carb amount. This could have something to do with it....but definitely totm will affect weightloss.

    Well After A Shaky Start My Day Got Better .ive Just Got Back In After Cooking Fish And Chips For 300 Or So Peeps And Ive Sat Down With My Zero Coke .another Day Got Throu 1 Step Closer To My Goal Gl All Hope Sunday Goes Well For U All Xx
